This site follows a completely AU plot. Please read the following information carefully before RPing. If you have any questions about the plot, feel free to PM me.
The Story So Far...
A group of evolved 'post-humans' have been rounded up by the government and deported to an until now uninhabited island in the middle of the ocean. Food and supplies are deployed to the island regularly, but apart from this, there is no other contact with the outside world.
Compared To Canon...
In this universe, none of the characters have yet come into contact except for those who are related, e.g. the Petrellis, or characters who you wish to have already met. Any such prior relationships can be organised between individual characters. There is no particular time frame within the Heroes saga, so if you want to make your character as they were in Season One rather than how they are currently in the series, feel free. (see Rules and Characterisation for more information)
Keeping The Island An Island...
For the purpose of this plot, it isn't possible for flying characters such as Nathan to fly very far away from the island, nor is it possible for teleporting characters such as Hiro to transport themselves and others off the island. Similarly, technopaths such as Micah cannot communicate with the outside world. It's completely unrealistic, but just imagine that there is a bubble around the island to stop them escaping.
The Island Itself...
The island is equipped with enough accomodation for all of the post-humans, which comes in the form of modern houses with electricity, gas and running water. These 'shelters' are grouped together in a small 'town.' Post-humans live alone if they are aged sixteen or over, but if they are younger then they need to stay with family or are allocated an adult to care for them
There are forests, rivers, cliffs and several beaches. The island is very large, enough for all of the post-humans to live together with plenty of room.
The meeting place for the post-humans is a courtyard containing benches and a platform known as the Plaza, where they can make announcements and decisions.
